Always hoping you and your family live in peace here in Okinawa, the Okinawa Prefectural Government is concerned about how you are doing under these unprecedented circumstances in the COVID-19 pandemic. In the course of their effort to build a society where both foreigners and Japanese can lead a pleasant and fruitful life, the government is conducting a survey and asks you to answer the attached questionnaire.
Let them know how you feel in your everyday life—what you are worried about, what you find difficult, or what kind of experience you want to share with others—to make our Okinawa a better place to live.
Your answers will be kept secret as personal information, and you need not mind any result of your answers as none of them shall cause any trouble on you.
